Let's talk a little bit about the four corners of Lake Sinclair and which corner might appeal to you. Number one, the water snobs. If your number one priority is watercolor, you're looking for east Lake, around this area. The deeper the water, the bluer the color is gonna be. And with Lake Sinclair, that's east lake closest to the dam. Number two, the budget shopper. If you're looking for lakefront on a budget, the northwest end of the lake is going to be the place to start your search. this is the far side from the dam. It's the same great Lake, but the water isn't as deep here. It's still perfectly clean, but when the storms roll through, you're going to have some brown water days mixed in with the blue. Number three, the dual citizen shopper. Are you unsure that you want to belong to Lake Oconee or Lake Sinclair? Why not both? If you want the best of both worlds, head for the north side near rock springs and the crooked creek marina area. Here, you're in easy reach of amenities, shopping, and golf, and perfectly positioned to split time between Oconee and Sinclair. And number four, the permanent residence. A lot of lake shoppers are looking for a weekend getaway. But if you're a full-time resident, convenience is king. If you want to be five minutes from Kroger, you want to be on the north side of Baldwin County. Here, you're looking at homes that could be as high as $3 million. But you're only five minutes from the downtown area, shopping centers and the schools. Now you're a little more savvy about Lake Sinclair.
