She devised a plan and worked the plan to bring top dollar for my house and did so in a way that was professional and in a way that both parties were happy. There literally was jumping with joy and sighs of relief during the process.
5 stars isn’t even enough to cover it! Traci was recommended to us and this recommendation was a hit! She treated us as if she’d known us her whole life. At every turn we always felt as if she had our best interest at heart. She made sure every base was covered. If you want someone that’s going to protect your interest as a buyer or seller, it’s Traci. We’ve worked with more agents than most people will ever work with in their lifetimes, so believe me when I tell you we’ve known good ones and bad ones. Traci is top tier. We were purchasing our property from out of town and intentionally sought out an agent in the Lake Sinclair area. Traci constantly reminded us of why that was the right move. She constantly helped us with her network. She was there every time we couldn’t be. Traci is a brilliant woman, and you will not be disappointed having her as your agent.
Traci sold us our home in 2018 and sold it in 2022. She is extremely knowledgeable about Lake Sinclair and Lake Oconee. She was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed during the purchase and sales process. We recommend Traci with no hesitation!
