This review is long overdue. Traci has helped us in our search and purchase of two properties in separate counties since 2018 -a lake house and a historic lot to build. We were so impressed with her when buying the lake home that she was our first call when searching for property to build our forever home nearly 7 years later. Traci Nelson, Realtor, where to even begin? She redefines the meaning of Realtor for me. Working with her was a wonderful experience. Here are my top five favorite things about Traci: 1. She is a great communicator - every day she called me or sent me a text to update me on anything going on. This meant a lot. She explains things well. 2. She (and her company) are incredible marketers - within 24 hours of listing my home Traci sent me a marketing plan and stuck to it. She advertised my home on specific websites for period homes. She put my home in nationwide online ads (CNN, Instagram, NYT, etc.) where it got thousands of views in a short period of time. She made a YouTube video that was so cute and whimsical. Traci advised me to stage my house, and the "stager", Dana of Elite Elegance, quickly moved staging furniture from another house Traci had sold into my house. This made a huge difference. Also, she had other ideas about putting pictures of updated closets in the closet, and on and on. 4. I trusted Traci because I felt like she was an advocate for me. She seemed to have my best interest at heart. I totally turned over negotiations to her, knowing that she was savvy and trustworthy. 5. Traci is personable and fun to work with. This may sound trite, but she is real and likable. I could go on and on. I am very grateful to Traci and Ansley Christie Realty. Also, I have met several of the realtors there and they all seem charismatic and seem to have a lot on the ball!
My experience with Traci as my realtor was, by far, the best I've had with selling a house. She did exactly as she said she would do. She devised a plan and worked the plan to bring top dollar for my house and did so in a way that was professional and in a way that both parties were happy. There literally was jumping with joy and sighs of relief during the process.
